  周明,博士,教授,北京建筑大学,机电与车辆工程学院,中国机械工程学会特种加工分会理事,中国机械工程学会特种加工分会技术委员会委员,中国机械工业教育协会机械电子工程学科教学委员会委员。专注于电火花加工过程稳定性研究二十余年,在电火花加工自适应控制研究方面独辟蹊径,获得电火花自适应加工方面发明专利4项,发表文章50余篇,其中,SCI文章20余篇(中科院SCI一区5篇)。

  学术进展:

  1. 应用相空间重建等非线性理论,对电火花加工放电状态的动态变化特性进行了深入的研究,打破了电火花加工领域“放电状态随机性变化、不可预测”的一贯认识,首次提出并证明了放电状态的动态特性具有非线性、确定性的特征,成功的实现了高精度的非线性预测(2007年博士后研究);

  2. 首次提出了电火花异常加工现象的预测理论和方法,并运用此方法提前10秒检测到异常放电加工的特征。避免了由于异常放电加工导致的加工速度下降、加工精度降低以及严重时电火花成型加工无法进行下去,使放电加工处于稳定加工状态,从而可以大幅度地提高了加工效率和改善了加工特性(2007年博士后研究);

  3. 应用系统辨识理论,第一次研究出了反映电火花加工放电状态变化规律的线性时变放电状态预测模型。该模型实时预测精度高,辨识参少。该模型的建立解决了长期以来一直都无法解决的模型建立的这一难题,使电火花加工的自适应控制的实现成为可能(2008年博士后研究);

  4. 研究成功最小方差控制策略的电火花加工系统的自适应控制(2008年,第一代,博士后研究);

  5. 研究成功最小方差和极点配置耦合控制策略的电火花加工系统的自适应控制(2014年,第二代);

  6. 研究成功超前两步预测控制策略的电火花加工系统的自适应控制(2016年,第三代);

  7. 解决了多变量控制耦合干扰的控制瓶颈,研究出电火花加工多变量自适应控制系统,可用于原子能机械材料-钼钛锆合金材料的电火花加工,(2017年,第四代);

  8. 研究出电火花加工过程的智能控制系统,较普通电火花加工能力提高7倍以上,(2018年,第五代);

  9.  研究出电火花多通道放电加工的理论与技术,用于(1)航天高温合金GH4169的电火花群孔加工,加工效率提高了17倍以上;(2)电火花超精密加工,加工效率提高10倍以上,(2019年,第六代)。
